Introduction

Hello and welcome,

My name is Karen, but almost everyone calls me Kazza... unless I am in trouble.... then I get hit with my full name!!  =o)

I am originally from the North-Western suburbs of Melbourne, but moved to Ballarat back in 2006.  A lot of people ask me why.  The answer is simple.  I followed my heart instead of my head for a change. 

I have the most wonderful partner and three beautiful step children, aged 18, 15 and 14.  I don't really like the title "step children".  I may not have given birth to them, but I consider them to be my kids.  I love them and their Dad, truly, madly, deeply.  ♥

My other loves are my gorgeous dogs - Bear & Jasper and my mischievous bunnies - Nahla, Sooty & Thumpa. 

It is safe to say that I am obsessed with the colour purple. It doesn't really matter what shade... lilac, mauve, lavender, violet, royal purple.  I adore them all and would completely surround myself with this colour, in its varying hues, if I could... alas not everyone likes it as much as I do.  =o)

I enjoy photography and have just started getting into scrapbooking a little more seriously.  I look forward to sharing my creations with you.
